Vanguard Overwatch partners with Jay Robinson to advance safer gambling capabilities

Vanguard Overwatch has announced a strategic collaboration with Jay Robinson, Managing Director of JR Consulting, to enhance safer gambling strategy, training, and culture change capability for gambling operators, regulators, and governments.

Robinson is an expert with over 20 years’ experience spanning clinical care, public policy, and industry reform. "Renowned for translating policy into consistent, everyday practice, she builds capability from the C-suite to the frontline - helping organisations deliver credible, sustainable harm minimisation outcomes that stand up to scrutiny," Vanguard said in a statement.

Through this partnership, Robinson will work alongside Vanguard Overwatch clients to design and implement proportionate, regulator-aligned frameworks; deliver bespoke training, coaching, and mentoring programs; and embed safer gambling policies into daily operations.
